Motivation for Writing
The African space industry is growing; however, there are limited books about space in Africa. As an engineer, I’ve realised that we have much to share, yet few engineers take the time to write. It’s important for engineers to dedicate some time to penning literature that will be valuable for future generations. Written knowledge is a treasure for the future.
"As Africans, it’s crucial that we share our narratives. They resonate deeply with our communities and instill hope, demonstrating that anything is possible. I look forward to a future filled with books that continue to tell our stories, inspiring the next generation."
"The documentation of our stories is vital. Even after we’re gone, our stories will endure, keeping our legacies alive for generations to come."

It’s about inspiring children to see themselves in science, while honouring the wisdom of their elders and the beauty of their heritage. It shows that the future doesn’t have to abandon the past instead, technology and tradition can walk hand in hand.
